Is it normal for my tooth to wiggle after a root canal?

I fell on Road-like material and chipped my front tooth. I needed a root canal also. right after the root canal the tooth is wiggling. Is that normal ?

No unless you had gum surgery also. Loose teeth indicate underlying bone loss.

Not really, you may have damaged the bone that holds the tooth in. Go see a Periodontist and call the Endo that did the root canal and tell them the issue.
