Honestly, if they aren't worth playing with because they are missing pieces then just throw them out. Otherwise give them to Goodwill or somet place like that

Salvation Army and Goodwill are great places to donate. They often have volunteers who will fix minor problems. Sometimes they receive several of the same game and are able to merge 2 or 3 of them to get one complete game.

Also, the Disabled Vets will pick up at curbside. Call them to see when they will be in your area. They also take household items, dishes, pots and pans, small furniture, clothing, shoes, cleaning products (I donate the samples of products that accumulate).

Someone else mentioned ebay - you may try Craigslist. Someone else in your area may need a piece or two from the toy you have to fix their own! It's a great community.

Try producing some art from them.
Get your children to join in.
If the end result is rubbish you have lost nothing, but the kiddies will have had fun.

save the collectable ones, if any, and re-gift them when he's old enough to say " WOW, thanks ! I remember when..." Just an idea.
