Hi. What are your sugars like? If they are not bad, try some peanuts or any protein. If you can get out - I sometimes eat Quaker Oats Weight Control Instant Oatmeal. The Carbs are 29g but the Dietary Fiber is 6g! So this is a good "snack" food for anytime you are not feeling 100%. I hope this helps!

I just tried Pacific organic red pepper and tomato soup in a box in health food grocery section, its tastey warmed up, with a turkey sandwich on sprouted whole wheat bread by healthy way. a nice piece of celery filled with peanutbutter and topped with a dotting of rasins was my lunch. Tonight I will have browned and then steamed cod with a spinach and pickled beat salad. I have a gingersnap, or gramcracker for a treat. Theres also fruit jello sugarfree in pudding isle.

I already spoke back this question, so i visit in uncomplicated terms repost. you are able to desire to be hungry all of the time on the grounds which you're no longer ingesting wisely. in case you consume ingredients that are extreme in sugar (incredibly undesirable carbs like white bread etc), this potential that your capability stages will spike significantly, and then drop returned quickly after - subsequently making you hungry returned. the biggest right this is to maintain your capability stages secure all day. you're able to try this via ingesting complicated carbs, incredibly persons that are low GI. this potential that the capability is launched greater slowly & gradually into your gadget, rather of that speedy sugar RUSH which subsides presently after. a suited breakfast is a sturdy initiate. attempt having wholewheat, low-gi bread first factor interior the morning (drink a tumbler of water once you awaken, to jumpstart your metabolism), with peanut butter (a tablespoon of peanutbutter is a sturdy factor). you've got 2 slices in case you like. this would save you complete till lunch time, yet ensure you have a snack mid-morning (you do no longer decide to bypass greater advantageous than 3 hours with out nutrition). The snack would desire to be something like a small tub of low-fat yoghurt, or a handful of nuts. Then, you've got lunch, yet another snack, supper or perhaps something till now you bypass to mattress (like a tumbler of milk). In end, you are able to desire to circumvent undesirable carbs like white bread, something with too plenty sugar - something that has been sophisticated. circumvent goodies, chocolates, quickly ingredients - those won't provide you prolonged capability. you will actually be on a sugar extreme, and then experience hungry returned quickly after. ensure you consume each 3 hours, and which you do no longer bypass breakfast.

I like to have jelly and tinned rice pudding when I'm ill. They're light on the stomach.
If you're hungry then it probably mean that you're getting a bit better.
Make sure you drink plenty of fluids as well.

Are you a diabetic? My dietician told me if i'm still hungry after a meal that I can eat cheese and nuts. You can also snack on carrots, celery, brocolli. Ease up on the banana cause it's also high in sugar.

When I was younger and not well my dad used to boil eggs (runny yolks) and mix them up in a cup with (dry) bread. It always made me feel better. Or mum made scrambled eggs which also worked.
Now when I'm unwell, I still go for the same things.

if you are being sick then i would suggest dry toast. not exciting but unfortunately if you eat you will encourage the bug to grow stronger.
if you are able to digest food then good old chicken soup does the trick when you're feeling under the weather!
hope you get better soon... :-)
