the skill of how you roll the sushi constitutes little to how it tastes. Freshness and quality is the most important thing when it comes to the FISH. What makes high end sushi better than crappy "chinese buffet sushi" is the rice. The way you season the rice (thats the part where u get creative), what you put in the rice and what sauces you implement the rice with will make sushi good.
