I read somewhere that theres a list on caringconsumer.com but I am unable to locate it.

Its kind of hard to know if your eating something you shouldnt be when your not even sure what all those ingredients are in the first place....

Milk, eggs, lard, whey or any form of it, caseine, modified milk ingredients, buttermilk, gelatin, glycerin, lactose, albumen (egg).......hmm those are just off the top of my head as I'm vegan....I'm sure others could add a few more :)

oo and watch out for "whey"..i know i sound stupid but i didnt know that ment milk for like the first month that i thought i was vegan...

Often its easier to just go with what you know you can have.

Whole fresh foods are great and they are cheaper too : )
