After dinner Sambuca, goes well with coffee. Late night party Red Bull and Rumplemitze, tastes like a peppermint Red Bull. Both the Red Bull and the Sugar from the Rumplemintze gives a burst of energy. After hours Mandrin vodka spice bloody marys. Helps wake you up and helps you sweat out toxins due to spiciness. Question is rather confusing. Everyone is gone, and the party is over? Are you talking about overnight guests? If you are signaling the party is over...serve coffee and shut down the bar. It f you are having some of the guests overnight, and you are serving brunch, give them Bloody Merrie's or Mimosas the next morning/afternoon ( brunch time )
