Worthinton products are great.
Loma linda Products are excellent
Cedar lakes products are tasty.
You can order Vegetarian wham, chicken and Bologno. These are among the frozen meatless products. Quite a number of Seventh-day Adventists are Vegetarians. They can help you to put it all together.

Trader Joe's has some good meatless products. My family really likes the one that has some curry in it. We're out right now, so I can't give you the name. They also have breakfast patties.

I used to not want to eat the "fake meat" products because they reminded me so much of real meat that it grossed me out. But, now I find them to be actually quite tasty. Try Morning Star Farms sausage patties, corn dogs, hot dogs, and bacon. They all taste really good, and are not high in fat like the real thing.

- Yves veggie ground round - one pack is equivalent to 1 lb. of ground beef (cooked) and has somewhere around 350 calories for all six servings, it's very low fat, and really easy to flavour/cook with.
- Yves sandwich slices - 23 calories each. I like Turkey flavour, since roast beef or ham tasted pretty vile to me.
- Tofurky sandwich meat - very tasty, thin sliced, and even better than Yves. I liked the hickory smoked flavour. Very low fat.
- Yves veggie dogs - anywhere between 40 to 70 calories depending on size, and 1-2 grams fat. Very filling.
- Sol Cuisine 'ribs' (210 cals per serving) and baked falafels (110 calories/2 fat/7 g. fibre) are really good.

My favorite meatless food is morning star chikn patties. They taste almost like chicken, but not enough where it grosses you out.

Morningstar has a line of vegetarian foods that aren't too bad. I have family who are vegetarians and they eat them all the time.

Check Amy's Kitchen (www.amys.com)--they have several varieties of veggie burgers.
Tofurkey makes veggie sausage and deli slices.
Lightlife makes all sorts of analogues as well.
