how about the mexican pinata / plenty of tacos , nachos , salsa dips / chips virgin margaritas are nice
there are so many sweet sixteen parties / quintera i believe it is called
i think that girls really like to dress up for this party ... maybe just call it a MOCKTAIL Party . serve a variety of non alcoholic drinks / use the right glassware / maybe rent a real bartender. have a variety of cocktail appetizers. good music. parents supervise / but appear invisable for the most part.

if u will have it in this month, the best is the haloween theme. u can set the dress code as dark and funky haloween costumes (only u will wear something white and sweet as angel or princess, or whatever u like), serve unique foods, good musics, etc etc.
