Drink 12-16 oz of water.
If, after 10 minutes, you still feel hungry, then eat something light...a cup of yogurt, a piece of fruit, etc.
If you still have hunger pangs after drinking fluids, then it's REALLY hunger.
Sometimes the human body misinterprets dehydration as hunger, so satisfy the first and see if that's what the problem was.

That's how you're SUPPOSED to eat. But Americans and all the other rich, lazy countries have damaged that way of living. Personally, I agree completely with your reasoning. I would, if I could, eat only when I'm hungry. But I still live at home, so that's out of the question. And, just like you, it doesn't take a lot to make me 'un-hungry.'

First, get off the computer because you might just be bored. Then go drink some water. Then do something active like go for a walk. Then if you are still hungry, then eat something. Just keep it healthy. A girls gotta eat sometime.

We mistake thirst for hunger alot of the time, so drink plenty of water. If you're still hungry, eat something filling, but low fat. Fresh vegetables, a piece of fruit, granola, something like that.
You also need to make sure you are eating on a schedule. This can cut down hunger pangs between meals.

I have the same problem...I'm starting to get a bit hungry now actually...
Try eating 6 small meals a day to help prevent that feeling....also anytime you start to feel hungry, drink a glass of water to trick the body of having that "full feeling"
Hope this helps...I should go get some water now lol

Drink water. If you are anything like me, you eat because you are bored, and drinking water makes you feel full, without the calories. Also, drinking alot of water flushes out your system, helping you lose weight more efficiently.

If water doesn't quite hit the spot, and you include it in your diet, try skimmed milk as an alternative. I find it gives me a more satisfied feeling than water, but still with virtually no fat.

It depends on what you don't want to eat.
If you don't want meat, good!
If you don't want milk or eggs, very good!!
If you don't want anything that has been cooked or processed, excellent!!!
If all you want is raw fruit, THAT IS THE BEST!!!!

stop. and listen to your body.
if you are hungry, then EAT (healthy).
if you are bored, DO SOMETHING (exercise, clean, play a sport, homework, etc).
if you are depressed, anxious or sad, FACE YOUR PROBLEM.. (confront whoever you need to, it will make things better).
so, there you go :oD good luck!
