Listen to me very carefully: You need to see a doctor IMMEDIATELY. Your mother will be mad at first, but she will be more concerned of anything. If you're afraid of doing that, tell a friend with a car to drive you to planned parenthood for free testing, or some how get their yourself. You can also consult your school guidance consulor and they have to keep it confidential, or/and your school nurse. If you go untreated with this/these STD(s), it WILL effect your health. If you have Gonorrhea, and it is left untreated you can develop very severe abdomnial pain and fever. You will get internal pus-filled "pockets" that are long lasting, and hard to cure along with chronic pelvid pain. Also, Gonorrhea can damge your sperm count, living you sterile. Gonorrhea can also spread to your blood or joints, and you are more suspetibile to contracting HIV/AIDS. There are several anti-biotics you that can treat Gonorrhea, but it will not repair the damage already done to your body.
If you have Chlamydia and it is left untreated it will cause serious reproductive short-term and long-term damages. If left untreated, the infection can and cause pelvic inflammatory disease, among other things. You may also get arthritis which can be accompanied by skin lesion and Reither's syndrome (inflammation of the eye and urethra). And a lot of the same damages Gonorrhea can do to you. Chlamydia can also be easily treated and cured with the use of anti-biotics.
Most people with Gonorrhea have Chlamydia as well.
YOU NEED TO GET TESTED!
ASAP.
Your mother CANNOT kick you out, you are a minor. You are her responsibility. If she kicks you out, she can be arrested and sent to jail for neglect.
This is a very, very serious issue. I know you're scared about telling your mother, but you need to. This isn't something you can leave untreated. And you've already left it untreated for long enough.

did you actually go and get tested for these STD's? If so and the tests came back positive, then you need to tell your mom so you can make sure you get the proper treatment. These STD's are not hard to get rid of, and I am sure your mom would rather you be well, instead of not telling her and having the STD's get worse and cause some real problems. I think since you are under the age of 18 then the doctor can still tell your parents what's going on, even if you don't want them to. Just tell her. Your health is too important not too, and she will be more upset if you dont get this treated.

How do you know its Chlamydia or Gonorrhea? It could be a bladder or urinary tract infection. Either way you need to get properly treated by a physician. Tell your mom you think you have a bladder infection so you can get it checked out. Both are treated with anitibiotics and not getting them treated can lead to serious serious side effects. Such as kidney damage, infertility

Your state has a Public Health clinic somewhere. There should also be private clinics that treat for free. Ask your school nurse if you can't find on line or in phone book. All must treat you completely confidentially.
DO NOT WAIT. Or difficulty peeing will be the least of your problems.

How do you know that is the problem?
Have you been to a doctor?
What are your symptoms? Just hurts when you pee?
Regardless you need to see a doctor. No mother
that I know would kick her child out over this.
She may be more understanding then you think.

Just go to the doctor or a Planned Parent Hood or anyother Health clinic nearby. They can't get tell your mom that your there, by law. They will be able to get you proper treatment. You must address these problems now, otherwise these diseases will cause other complications in your body.

See a doctor immediately!
You should not have even waite dthis long!
You don't just catch something like gonorea, & think " i'll get it treated later',...cause the more you wait, the more it's damaging your sytem (including sex porgans, nerves, inside your bod, etc!).
Both are easy to cure/treat.
let them go, & you risk damage/not havving kids/dying!
