Update:
Pidgeon adventually flew away but still didn't look right....flew in circules for a moment then dissapeared.

call the dnr or animal control. if you can try to catch it without scaring it away. i don't know the symptoms of west nile or other diseases spread through birds, but they might want to know if your area has any cases.

You can call a wildlife agency, wildlife rehabilitator or vet.
The last person is probably correct in that a wildlife agency will euthanize the animal as pigeons are not native to the states and therefore are under no federal protection.

can it fly...if not take it to an animal rescue place or call one... It could be ergent.
