I do not eat anything that had a face, moved independently, or had thoughts or instincts. I am also lactose-intolerant, so my dietary choices are very limited. I would like to lose weight and be more healthy, however, but I don't know how. Can someone please help me?

Since you're vegetarian, not vegan, you can probably eat soy cheese, even if it has casein (as casein does not have lactose). There are numerous types of soy ice creams. There's also a company called Tofutti that is geared toward the lactose intolerant. Many of their items are vegan by chance.

Your dietary choices are not limited!
