Know the location of any medium to large sized grocery stores? Any of those should have at least a small selection of vegetarian friendly products, often in their own part of the store. Morningstar Farms, Boca, Gardenburger, Amy's, and many others sell a great variety. You could ask a clerk about what is available in a particular store.
Beyond the items tailored specifically for vegetarians, it's easy to make many different kinds of meals without meat. Pastas of all kinds, for instance, are a great base to your meal.

i'm a vegetarian and i dont eat any of that ****. I eat frosted mini wheats (the big bag they have in walmart), peanut butter, bread, whey protein, trail mix, weight gainer (not to gain weight, but as a substitue to a meal), and varied fun stuff like that.
also i buy instant oatmeal (raw) and mix it in a shaker cup, with some water, whey protein and either some chocolate syrup, or cofee syrup, and that's my breakfast. if you're vegan in guess you can use soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, kefir, ... i use water because i'm poor and have no refrigerator.

Any grocery store will have several varieties of tofu and meatless (soy or vegetable) products. I work in a farming community with lots of ranchers and we still have lots of those types of products in our local store.
