Does babies, mentally handicapped people, animals, plants, and non-living things count?
Either way, define bad/wrong/immoral/which god(s) first! Every culture, religion, group of people, and individuals have different definitions for different words, all you'll hear from us are probably opinions, that's why I think that immorality/wrong/bad are subjective.

So... do you want to know why it COULD be wrong, or why it could be alright? because it cold be equally wrong or right. I'm guessing you want an answer of substance to explain WHY those that do not believe are wrong. There is no such answer.
I will say that there is something to be said about the difference between the atheist that leads a just life for the sake of being just, and the believer that leads a just life for the sake of "Saving their soul".
As for Eric M.'s assessment, I would say that believers such as he COULD be more wrong than an "atheist" such as myself, because he may be convinced that this earth IS hell, and beyond repair. Whereas, some atheists believe in the power and potential of Humanity. Maybe when Christ said God is within us all, he was speaking more literally than figuratively.
I would like to believe that there is some benevolent being in some heaven, somewhere in which I can be safe, and truly happy, and all of those that I love and are gone will be waiting for me, and all of the sins I am guilty of are dissolved by the fact that I had faith in god because its easy, and comforting...
But I do not. I have faith in something that is harder to believe in when you look at the news, or read the paper, or just go out for an evening and witness the way we treat each other. I have faith in humanity.
Does that make me immoral?

The Truth is: whether you believe in God (Jesus) or not..we are all bad/wrong/immoral. We are all born that way. The only difference between the person who believes and the person who doesn't believe is the blood of Jesus.
The Believer is covered from the judgment of sin through the blood of Jesus Christ having sacrificing Himself at the Cross so that we would be righteous before God.
The non-believer does not have that covering.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified [declared righteous/not guilty] as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus;
(Romans 3:23-24)
Most people think if they live a law-abiding life, they deserve heaven. The problem is their definition of law-abiding. On Judgment Day after death, we won’t stand before a fallible, human judge. We will answer to a Holy God, who rightly judges our thoughts, words, and actions.

Because, God created us and to deny that God exists is worse than saying a woman actually didn't give birth to you. How can anyone deny that God did create us and every living thing you see on this earth? They deny anything they have in their lives are the direct result of talents given to them as gifts from the Father. They deny any Christian can be telling the truth if they believe they have the only and correct answer. Their minds seemed to be closed to the possibility that God exists, because,as they say, we can't prove it. We live as Christians in Faith and Belief of our God; they believe all is direct result of only science. So, to Christians, of course we believe if you do not accept God as Father and the maker of all things, and you follow your own 'rules' in life, not God's commandments, you are totally in the wrong. And a lot of people if they do not have God in their lives, will have no conscious to what they do and say to others in their lives. They may be living their own good and what they think is a loving life, but it is not enough. You must accept Christ in your heart for what is it then that they are so afraid of?

Why would you suggest or think that?
No reason it COULD be wrong. Just is.
I am one of the most moral, right, good people in the world; I just don't "get" religion stuff. But I do the right thing more often than those who claim to have given themselves to god or whatever. Christians are some of the biggest hypocrites in the world. Take my family. They HAVE to be married in a church and religion is a huge part of their lives. But nearly every one of them got knocked up before marriage. 'Splain how that happens....
I, as an atheist, have never been knocked up, don't use or abuse people or animals, and always do the right thing to the best of my ability. What's wrong with that?

Quite simply, those who do not believe in any of the supposed gods are NOT bad/wrong/immoral. Not for that reason anyhow. I'm sure some Atheists are not good people just as I am sure some religious people aren't good either. After all most of the prison population is Christian.

People who don't believe in God just haven't found out what He's all about. If asked, I'd just tell a person to really do their homework on God by reading the bible or talk to an educated spiritual adviser and see if they'd still feel the same way.

There are people who live decent lives and do many good works but they will not be saved. To be saved, you must first admit that you are a sinner and need a Savior. You must repent from your sins and accept Jesus as your Savior.. The difference between one and the other is Heaven or Hell when you die.
By not being saved, you are telling God that when he sent his Son to die for you, that you don't care. When you deny God and the price his Son paid for you on the cross, you are mocking the Great God who made you and all you see around you.
You deserve Hell for your unbelief, because everyone is given a measure of faith. You have enough faith to believe but you reject him anyway. The proof of his existence is all around you so you are without excuse.

Those that do not believe in God or deity are accused of being immoral only...that does not necessarily mean they are. Heck, there are prisons full of murderers and such that DO believe in God so where is their proof that lack of belief is immoral? To give a specific answer to your specific request I would assume that the sanctimonious believe that human kind can only be moral if they believe in God. they evidently believe that humans can't be moral without a God.

It depends on what you mean by "wrong". I have known Christians and other religious people who were wrong, in my opinion, about a lot of things.
I have also known non-believers who were some of the most morally good folks in my circle of friends.
Only God can judge who is right or wrong. Most people have an instinctive knowledge of what is right or wrong so the question becomes...if someone doesn't believe what I do, are they wrong? Only God knows. And I , for one, am glad that only God will be my judge. ... Blessings!

my point as a muslim,if you didn't believe in my God,you are wrong, bad but not immoral. You are bad and wrong because my God ( Allah ) said so!in Al-Quran but immoral is based on your individual performances and you can upgrade your moral value by reading Al-Quran.You can be bad, wrong, immoral in this scenario, let say you a girl went shopping in a shopping mart in your tiny bikini alone.you are bad in bad example, wrong in wrong place to show your tiny bikini and immoral in has no sense of guilt, that guilty feelings lost thru many outing with bad people, that says what is wrong is only in the eyes of the beholder, may not be wrong with certain groupies.Grow old and be wiser, not grow old and be drunkard.Be decent and holy is the only way to go from this realm into another realm of life. Some people said you only live once so enjoy as much as possible but I says life is short be careful with it,you may never get a second chance.
