There is no cure for HIV/AIDS but there are great meds out there today. They have meds were you take one pill a day instead of the cocktail of drugs. Also, the medications today are able to slow it down that meds even 10 years ago couldn't. Best advice for that is to make sure you see a doctor regularly and do all the necessary things possible to keep you healthy.

No. If there was you'd know the scientists name and that scientist would have multiple awards including a noble Prize to his/her name
