Luckily I stand accountable, but did not always. I do not know what my worst sin will be?

When the basic human instinct is for survival, what right have you to question the mental clarity and focus of poor souls, not those broke?

For example, it seems delluded at best and foolish at worst to question whether Christianity or any religion has the full bottle on sanity, doubtless, there are many Christians too whom for one reason or another question their existence as quitters when the instinct for survival is paramount in all folk.

My only comment is the question disappoints me as a fellow Christian to be fascinated enough to feel condenmation is acceptable rather than encouragement for where the idea of boredom is serious about criminal activity.

Some would say pacificism amongst buddhism is the only answer to insanity, yet there are Christians healing upon paradigm shifts from the madness to want to kill oneself as a giving up, why encourage folk?

Is the question loving?

Is the question caring?

Is the question compassionate upon the commandment thou shalt not kill and love others as yourself?

Perhaps as a friend my sympathy goes out to you, for I hear your own scream not as a titalation with fascination, rather, a cry for help? I will be here for you no matter what?

Have hope my prayers go out to you, I persue you as a lost soul to the ends of the earth and depths of dispair, yet will I not care for myself first too?

Have hope in love, for what you focus upon you surely get?

Where fear, desperation and despair set in, I provide a rut lifter for you from holy writ, James 5 is good to know healing, but remember too, 1 Peter 2:11-12 and also the sermon upon the mount in Matthew 6. Your are in my prayers tonight sister, I admire the thought in your questions were it possible to delete that which upsets us later in these yahoo answer and question that too, but know you are needed as a unique creature in God's love too, for what is love but many a splendid thing, above all hope, faith, charity.

Try hard to psychologically wonder what the fruits of the spirit are, and how to make some daily progress to these, these are in Galations 5, they are nine in total?

Love as Strength and Hope is there for you too, email me? I don't want to miss you, I like you a lot. Love Phil.

That is the most backwords thing I have ever read.

I am not an Atheist, but I don't believe in the afterlife so I can answer.

You have a life, make the best of it and cherish it. If I thought it was some stop over maybe I would look at it differenltly but I don't.

No, why would I? Only the weak need a god in order to find meaning in their lives. I find quite alot of meaning in my life.

Honey, if the only reason you find to be alive is to serve your god, then you have alot of serious problems and should be seeing a weekly psychiatrist. You must lead a very sad depressing life.

Me, I'm quite happy with my life without a belief in any god.

Knowing that you only have one life to live makes life that much more exciting and special.
Living with the belief that you have another life after the one you are currently living makes this life unimportant.
It's really a terrible way to live life.

My happiness is not predicated on the belief in some imaginary being floating around some spiritual universe.

On the contrary, not spending my life waiting for some reward in the afterlife, I'm more free to enjoy every moment, free from that anticipation. And also free from the fear of going to your hell.

I would have thought it was the other way round - kill yourself now so that you can be closer to your 'god' sooner!

My life is great, and it's the only one I'm going to get, so I'm living it to the full!!

An atheist

I personally do beleive in God.

But, just because someone may not believe in God, doesn't mean they can't enjoy this life.

NO! Since there is no heaven I want to hold on to what I've got. Sorry your life is boring. Maybe if you didn't listen to the church and only have sex in the missionary position, it wouldn't be so ******* boring.
