I wouldn't entirely depend on cranberry juice if I were you. Cranberry juice can help, and sometimes get rid of a UTI, but it's not 100% effective.

I've personally gotten rid of a UTI with Azo Cranberry tablets which are available over the counter. But, I've also had to use antibiotics for another.

Getting some antibiotics from your doctor is the surest way to get rid of a UTI though! Good luck!
