at night i practically want to go annorexiac, and in the afternoons i couldnt care less. i need to lose 30 pounds... doc's orders.

Will power...after a week it gets easier. Don't eat within 4 hours of going to bed.

put a picture of yourself on the fridge when you were thinner, this will keep you motivated... eat small portions and eat on a smaller plate. never go back for seconds and drink plenty of water and excersise for about 15 minutes a day. hope this is a big help.

get a friend to go to the gym with, and keep up the routine everyday. make veggie or fruit smoothies in the blender. quick easy healthy

Find a friend. Walk with her, compare diets and weights. It'll keep you motivated if you have to tell her about it later.
