please could some one tell me if mars is vegetarian, i dont think it is yet because it doesnt say, but they did say on the news that they arnt going to use any more animal products, if you have one please provide a web site confirming that they have stoped using meat thanks

I heard that a few days after they announced plans to use rennet in their chcolate, there was such an outcry, they backed off fast. I suspect this is only in Great Britain and not in the U.S., so I make sure I find vegan chocolates here.

I prefer fair trade and organic chocolate anyway for many, many reasons.

Yes they are suitable for vegetarians again as a few days after the announcement of the introduction of rennet in products vegetarians and meat eaters alike complained and they then with drew the rennet filled bars and started to use the old ingredients.
