I'm a picky eater and would like someone to compare the tastes before I decided if I want to spend the money on them. I don't have the money to randomly choose foods to buy and try.
Which are sweeter, more mild, strongest flavor, etc? And any ways of preparation are also appreciated.

Thanks,
Uhura

There's an old saying. "Green for the King, red for the Queen, and yellow for the Prince." This is because green peppers are the strongest/bitterest (and cheapest), whereas red are the sweetest. Yellow is in between, like a mix of the two. To me the flavors are very distinct even though they are similar.

As for preparation, I'm no chef, but you can grill them next to onions and mushrooms and whatever else you like to get a nice stir-fry. Or just eat them raw with some dip. =)
