This is a serious question. How does one go about buying birthday cakes or cakes in general made to look like private parts. It is going to be a gag joke for a friend of mine but how does one go about looking for where to pick this up? is there customized bakers out there that do this?

Try Sweet-n-Nasty in Boston's Back Bay (90 Mass Ave).

They do claim the largest selection on the web and do ship

Make your own,
Sheet cake, cut like an hour glass, (Give body a waist)
frost cake with skin tone icing.
Add extra cake parts. Frost. Decorate.

Female, 2 cup cakes on top

Male, 1 whole Twinkie, 2 Twinkie rounds.
Ice appropriately.

Can add swim suit/thong or go naughty when you add the icing.
Could even use Fruit roll candy (Lycra) swim suit.

Check out your local Spencer's store for some novelties to use as a gag. Local adult lingerie shop might even have pans. Priscilla's comes to my mind.

I'm wasn't aware they you could order them from bakeries. I've seen cake molds in specialty stores before though.

I searched and found these links for you:

(I'm not sure which parts you're looking for)
