Well, these are all quite different and unrelated things. "Psychic" covers a wide range of abilities and there is no need for a person to believe in spirits or aliens from space in order to be a psychic of some kind. For those who assert that psychic abilities simply do not exist, I'd recommend you search "star gate" with "remote viewing" for info about the US government's research project on one aspect of psychic ability. About 5% (80,000 pages) of documentation related to this project have been released under FOI so far, and from these documents it's clear that there is some level of ability in the human population -- at least within this field. It would only have taken a relatively short time and number of experiments to determine if remote viewing existed or not. This program ran for years, because the researchers found that remote viewing does exist (though it's quite rare). They got results -- under double-blind laboratory conditions with very strict protocols. Those who continue to state that this ability does not exist are being rather unscientific because they are ignoring the available data... In my opinion, the main thing is to determine the mechanism by which this occurs, rather than continuing to blindly and stubbornly say it doesn't exist...
Even if we supposedly descended from "some ape" (as this is only a well-developed theory and is *not* an irrefutable scientific fact), the presence or absence of psychic abilities in apes is something that has not yet been studied to any great degree, simply because it is almost impossible to find out exactly what an ape is thinking even at a fundamental, everyday level, let alone on a more complex basis.
UFOs -- meaning unidentified flying objects that are said to be of alien origin...Well, there is some evidence -- but how much of it is genuine and how much is faked? We don;t know. We also don't know how much evidence (if any) could be in the hands of various governments but is being kept secret for reasons of "national security". But like I said, their existence or otherwise does not need to have any connection at all to the other points you raised.

how do you know that apes don't have psychic abilities? and perhaps ape spirits haunt the jungle.
the UFOs account for the type of mind that could frame this question.

No such thing as psychics, hauntings, or spirits. UFOs are obviously real since they apply to any unidentified flying object, which there have been plenty of. Aliens, however, may or may not be real.

Psychic = Someone so blazed out on weed that they see spirits.
Hence the goofy looking around and saying bullshit about someones whos dead and giving people false hope that there loved ones are out there watching.
Seriously if you died would you want to stay around as a ghost that cant do anything and just watch your family?
I would stay as a ghost but for one thing.
To see what happens to the world in a few hundred years.

What??? How do know that animals doesn't have psychic abilities. Why is everything "cool" limited to only the human species? That attitude is exactly one of the reasons why the human species is the less intelligent species on this planet.

Cosciousness is a property of the brain, just like wetness is a property of water.
Electricity is generated from an electric generator (yeah, that's right!), and thoughts are generated by a brain.
Consciousness is more vast than it seems, and can detact future events, since it works on the quantum level.

There are no psychic humans.
There are no ghosts or spirits.
UFO's exist - but none of the unidentified flying objects are visiting aliens.
