Candy apples are nice and all, but I just don't know how to eat them!
I bite into the hard caramel and my teeth get stuck, I can never get to the apple. The caramel is so sticky and hard, I cant even enjoy its sweetness and goodness because of all the work trying to eat it.
I have tried eating MANY candy apples, they are all the same, is there a propper way to eat one?

even when you slice the apple, the caramel coat still stciks to your teeth REALLY BADLY.
I mean, you cant even eat the thing, it stays stcuk on your teeth and its hard to get off.
its horrible. lol

You must be American. We call them toffee apples. They are meant for little kids who like to get gooey and sticky that's part of the entertainment of eating them. That is the only way to eat a toffee apple. That is why they are on top of a stick. I suppose you could always take the apple off the stick and put it on a plate and use a knife and fork. Use your imagination.

if you are having a difficult time with it
try slicing up an apple and dipping in in caramel
piece by piece as you eat it

A lot of people just take a knife and slice them, and then eat the slice on a fork. Not so messy!

Lick all the toffee off first so you don't break your teeth like I did. Then eat the apple.

I have actually brought mine home, and taken a big knife and sliced it into four separate chunks. It makes it easier for me. Otherwise, I about need a bib!

I usually take off the stick and cut it in sections...I hate that sticky ****

my owner got one for me the other day.. it was the first time I had one and he had to cut it up for me otherwise I would have gotten it all over my mouth (which I'm sure he would have found funny) xb
