some of the vertical blinds are stuck at 90 degrees to the others.how can i turn them back?

grasp the blind that is out of whack up at the top just under the clip (touch it actually) between your thumb and forefinger. Rotate it slowly back to the direction it needs to be in order to lay like the rest f them. Turn until you hear a click, then release

they just clip on at the top u can even take them off and wash them ind put them back up

Reposition them individually by hand.

you just twist the ones that are stuck too the normal ones!!
