how can you tell if he's being honest or not?
are there any signs or anything that i should look out for or whatever?

Most people are in love with the idea of falling in love and often do not realise what love is.
The guy may be infatuated or you may be. The prospect of someone liking us makes us feel wanted and important. It could be he likes you, but falling for you would rather be a hint that he would like to date you.
Remember, dating a girl is one thing and having a baby with someone and starting a family, another.

It's pretty hard to know if he's being honest unless you read minds, but some good clues would be to get acquainted with girls who've dated him before or guys who are his friends. Often you will pick up on things he might not tell you.
Lots of time guys will tell girls they are in love with them because they are trying to get them into bed. (Hey, I was a young single guy once and I remember what I used to do. It worked sometimes.)
My advice--take your time. See if he is willing to spend a lot of time with you, and see if he will accept a relationship on your terms. If he loses interest he's not falling for you. If he's falling for you he will hang around even if you beat him over the head with a ball bat.

Give him loads of tests without him realising they're tests. Test his patience, how long he can hold on before he moves on to the next girl.

He said he's falling for you!!! For god's sake, what kind of "sign" are you looking for. Gosh, if you are starting out like this maybe he should "fall" somewhere else.

if he looks at you when he sais it it means hes seriouse if he looks down or away hes just kidding or joking with you.
