It really all depends on how much the recipe calls for ;).
Really though, take a trip down to your local Red Cross and donate some of your blood and substitute in some animal blood or something. The blood will do more good circulating in someone else's body, than it will in your recipe. I am hoping you are joking though... Still donate though... It's a nice thing to do... ;)

Anemia. Cooking destroys some of the iron, so you won't simply get it back.
Also, if you serve it to someone else, there could be lawsuits involved if you've got some disease.
Think about it carefully.

Apart from the fact that its not normal to want to consume your own blood? You will surely infect or harm yourself when taking your own blood and I really dont see why you would want to do that?

Well it could make it taste bad,if you don't eat it quickly it can spoile,or if you share it w/someone else they can easily get sick/get germs.
