Well not having luxury of being inside your head - I can only speak generally.
I suspect many European non-religious people are responding to the negative things done in the name of the Xian faith/sects. If this makes them anti-Xian? I guess that's the Million dollar question.
There are other spiritual options rather than rejecting X-ity. But some are comfortable in their Atheism and that's fine.

Very possible. Since the two largest religions in the world, Christianity and Islam, are both being terribly distorted by their fundamentalist minorities, it's hard to even see any of the others. And then there is the fact that belief in one or more gods may or may not correlate with any established religion.
Sometimes it's just a do-it-yourself relationship with the Higher Power(s), to use the 12-step term.

sure it is. If you have any inklings toward wondering whether there is or is not some something out there that is most definitely not the Christian god but is something that we can't understand, I would say you are more anti-Christian than atheist.
I'm that way. I am anti stupidity that harms people and leads them to behave in stupid ways, in patriarchal ways, in sexist ways, and Christianity is a good target for that, as it is guilty of all of the above. But that doesn't mean I don't look at the stars and wonder.....

Most American atheists are anti-Christian to varying degrees. Judging from your response to Bert you are just a little anti-Christian.

it's possible that you're more anti-extremist than you are anti-christian.
i know a couple of really nice christians, but they're more like normal people. they don't try to convert me with every word out of their mouths, and they don't tell me i'm condemned to hell.
ultimately you are the only one who can answer that.
bright blessings to you 8tm vt.

Yep. You can believe in a God and creation without believing in the bible specifically people did it for at least thousands of years, before the bible.

Anythings possible man.
I'm Catholic and I'm anti-Christian, so go figure.
Trust me, I endeavor to gain control over the urge to reach into the monitor and throttle some people who claim to know stuff that is clearly parrot squawk.

Are you Anti- Christian or Anti- Christ? Do you actually hate Jesus Christ who died for your sins or do you just hate His followers?
Just curious. I'm a Christian. I don't hate you.
Reply: We all have sinned, You, and I and everyone inbetween has sinned and Jesus died for each and every one of us. You included. IDK, maybe rebellion? I was very rebellious before I accepted Christ and didn't think highly of Christians either. The thing is we have to answer to God for ourselves and only ourselves. Whatever Christian has offended you, will not be an adequate excuse when you stand before Him. Look only at Him and not at people. It's a Christians job to tell others about Christ and His gift to us, pointing the way to Christ. Where people go wrong is thinking that imperfections of Christians are reflections of Christ. It's not, it just means that Christians aren't perfect. Look only at Christ to know who He is. If you will seek Him, He is anxious to reveal His heart to you.

Sure it is. Both positions are valid and completely justifiable. And not necessarily interdependent.
