1st stop with all the lotions. even that they sometimes help the main thing in them is alcohol. In the winter you don't need to take a bath everyday I know that sounds unclean but ask any derm doc and they will tell you. Also stop using body wash or soap. The as soon as you get out of the shower use olive oil the kind that you cook with. If that cost to much you can use canola oil. since they are naturally they wont clog or have a drying effect. When you take a bath or wash your face get a sponge like the loofah sponge kind NO SOAP all you will be doing is taking the dead skin off. when you wash your hair only use shampoo 2 a week the will make your hair healthy. Also if you shave use hair conditioner when you do this will leave your legs so soft, I use Tresemme kind. I don't have dry skin now i did when i was younger and when i started this i haven't since that's been yrs and i lived in Az where its the home of dry. Also use sunscreen. I heard the other day that if you put stuff like blistex on before bed that its keeps your lips moist.

Mayo is too thick & will probably clog your pores. Try mashed avocado instead. Avocados have vitamin E & antioxidants that will nourish your skin.
