haven't been doing excercises at all.I have only been riding my bike,Any suggestions?

If you can find the NHK Radio Taiso exercises, this is a great set of stretches that will set you up for the day, and they take less than 10 minutes to complete. You can probably find it on YouTube.

The yoga series, Salutation to the Sun, is also a great way to stretch the entire body in just a few minutes. Repeat a two or three times for the best results.
