I had an answer to type - but my brain froze at the claim that Xian "men don't rape".... Err. ahh.. Sorry - I know plenty of rapists who claim they are Xian. Some even use their faith to justify the various drink spiking - some perverted belief that rape is less traumatic if the victim can't remember it.
[Another guarentee for a thumbs down if ever there was one.. Can't let the facts get inthe way of a good argument]
Where was I?
It's paramount to the Xian faith that forgiveness is freely given by their god. The Victim, OTOH, is likely to be in her own living hell after being violated - apparently solely because of her faith.
Is it "Justice or Just Us" that see this as being unfair?

Rape is an act of power. The idea of an individual apologizing for this heinous crime and expecting to be forgiven simply because he is christian is such a pile of BS. That belief is one of the reasons I so strongly reject religions. This rapist will be reincarnated for the purpose of making atonement for his abusive aggressions. That will be his karmic obligation The pagan will be reincarnated with the objective to advance her spiritual growth, and her karmic obligation will be to make atonement for her transgressions she committed during her past life. The belief that one will be cleansed of their unacceptable behavior thru apology, and bowing his head as he asks for forgiveness or by confessing ones religiously defined "sin" to a priest, doing a penance of mentally saying 10 Hail Marys, 4 apostles creed, and the prayer of the act of contrition is just malarkey. These "sinners" will continue to repeat the same negative behavior, week after week after week. Apology, so they believe, will cleanse them. Boy, how convenient.

A man who rapes any person is not a Christian in the least degree. He either never was a Christian or is a complete apostate (apostates go to hell). If he never was a Christian and say, in prison, repents and wishes to come to Christ, he can be forgiven of his sins, but will still have the face the punishments that society will mete out to the man.
Jesus forgives any who come to Him in sincere repentence. The crooked tax collector (Matthew) or the ex-prostitute. There is no unforgiveable sin except for the willfull denial of the Holy Ghost. The Apostle Paul consented to the imprisonment and death of Christians, yet found forgiveness... yet it was not easy to obtain. He faced many harsh persecutions while ministering the gospel.
A pagan is only under condemnation if they KNEW the truth and were accountable, but for whatever reason they willfully rejected the truth. Say a pagan gets raped by a false Christian, but does other sins like lying, is covetous or whatever... being raped does not give them a "Get out of hell free" card. Only true ignorance does. And today, with how easy it is to get information on the Internet, it is not likely there are very many ignorant pagans.

well, considering that Pagans do not believe in a Hell, then I guess she is going to be fine, for rape is a crime against her and when she dies her Karma will be clean...his on the other hand, well...not so good. It is only fair for someone to pay for their crimes. His God may be merciful but he SHOULD AND WILL suffer for what he has done. And, just like there are good and bad people, that goes for Christians or Pagans or Baptists or any other faith. So, in other words, people **** up and they pay the price in one way or the other; no faith is free of the bad. To be blind to that is sad, sick and wrong. If you open your eyes, you may not like what you see, but it least it will be the truth...and isn't it said somewhere that it will set you free?

Where do you people get these questions? Is it s'posed to be humor?
youre sick. The question shows a very UN-Christlike bigotry.
Read about how Jesus spoke o the Samaritan woman at the well. Study the dream the Holy Spirit gave to Peter about food.
A woman does not burn in hell if she is raped. Unless she lives under the ancient Hebrew Law and has to become the rapist's wife.

Precisely. All the Christian man has to do is confess his sin to his god and *poof* all is forgiven. He can be as mean, nasty, and cruel as he wants...all he has to do is worship the Christian God and, regardless of the quality of his life, he's off to eternal bliss.
For the fellow who suggested that is he were a Christian he would not commit rape, I suggest you look into the history of your own religion.

first of all a Christian would not rape= just because someone calls Himself a Christian that does not make him one, necessarily. By the way, forgiveness is only granted before death, not after. That is why we have to make our choice for forgiveness through Christ before we die- to late afterwards.
