Unless you are in your final year of medical school, it is a moot point. That is a decision that you make when you have had a chance to rotate through the various specialties and see what you like, and whether you have what it takes to be in either of them.
For CT surgery, you need to complete a general surgical residency first (5-7 years of training after med school). For either of those, you need to be among the top students in your medical school class.
But, it's nice to dream, isn't it? You'll find that reality is much different than the portrayal of those specialties.

up to U, it's hard to be a neurosurgeon or cardiosurgeon, IMHO a neurosurgeon deals with lower life expectation patients than cardiosurgeon; you'll give less hope and more expenses; a cardiosurgeon has higher risk to him/ her self due to the liability towards a lawsuit whether there is an (suggested) malpractice

This is not a question than anybody but you can answer. I, for one, feel that it is a calling, not something you just do. You have to be totally committed to either one of these. If it is what you are supposed to be doing you will know it. How far are you in school? What GPA do you have? How mechanically inclined are you? Which field is more important to you? There are so many variables. As I said, this is a decision only you can make. Good luck in your future and no matter what field you choose, please let it be your choice and no one Else's.

If you have a keen eye and have good aptitude for detail, have patience and have very steady hands, go for neurosurgery. If you want to make a lot of money with regular patients, go for cardiosurgery.

Don't become a surgeon, become an Endocrinologist. We all know the Endocrine System is the coolest system in our body.
