Gin, vermouth, fruit punch, 7up Bacardi silver, spritz of lime over ice, pineapple......if only I didn't have so much homework to do. Mmmmmm....

Not sure what I'd name it though. How about I call it a Mission Beach, since that's where I first accidentally made it.

I've been bar-tending for many years (22 to be exact) and my signature drink is a foo foo drink. I call it a chocolate covered raspberry. Three large scoops of Ice Cream
Two ounces of Chambord (Raspberry liquor)
Chocolate syrup
Red crystal sugar
Whipped cream
Take two large martini glasses and coat the rims with the chocolate syrup. To do this pour syrup on a plate and dip just the rim of the glass in it. Then dip it in the sugar that has been put on a separate plate. Blend the Ice cream and Chambord together until smooth. Divide it between the two glasses, top with whipped cream and a cherry. Two straws and enjoy!!!!

I call my a Grape Cooler (tastes like grape Kool-Aid)

Grape Vodka (3 Olives brand)
Club Soda
Cranberry Juice &
Ice

Fill a rocks glass with ice
Pour vodka over ice
Add club soda until glass almost full
Top off with a splash of cranberry juice

Color should be a light pink - I like my drinks a little bit stronger than most & my proportions are about 40% vodka - 50% club soda & 10% cranberry juice.
I would definitely suggest starting off with less vodka & then adding more to taste.

Gin & Tonic, add freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, a slice of cucumber and garnish with a sprig of mint. I don't make it enough for it to be my signature drink, but you can't beat it in the summer!

I love slushy mojitos, but usually order tanqueray and tonic, 2 limes in a bar.
