I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

The reason you are overweight because you are not eating proper food. The problem with our diet is that we get too many calories, fat, sugar and salt. On the other hand we get too little of the things we need, like, vitamins, minerals, fiber and water. not only do we get overweight but put ourselves at risk for many health problems. If you want to increases the nutrients automatically calories also increases and if you want to decrease calories nutrients will decreases. It is difficult to decrease the weight by cutting down on the food. I am a personal wellness coach based out of Bangalore and offer a free wellness evaluation. Watch this video at http://www.customizedfatloss.link to learn how you can lose belly fat and get six pack abs in a short period of time. It will blow your mind. I was able to lose the belly fat and get ripped in only 6 weeks.
You will also have access to a fully customizable online weight loss software system which uses body type, age, sex, weight and current fitness level to determine the most appropriate amount of food to eat and when. It also includes a training program specific to your body type. Good luck!

Try to always have your belly button pulled towards your spine. This is within reason of course it shouldn't hurt and you should still be able to breathe normally but it reminds us not to let our belly just flop out all the time. A lot of us - especially young girls and women have got into the habit of not holding our stomachs in. It can make quite a difference. Other than that there are activities like pilates that can help.

no-1= eat just enough for your body. that is quantity should be just stopped when your belly button is tightening while eating.so wear a trousers which is one size less than your waist size.this will make you eat less quantity.
because our stomach expands every time we eat more than before and so needs to be filled to that level every time to be satisfied with the meal.
no=2. spend what you eat. that is no balance means no belly
no=3. dont sleep after food.
no=4. stop taking Beer, Rice, Mutton of excess quantity.all these are stomach expanders.
lastly happy bellying around.

I love this question ! It shows how many of of us utilize ( nay, sometimes even murder) the English language, yet we can read a question and understand completely what you wanted to say.
Dance ! Most dancing work out the stomach. Skipping rope, stomach crunches, everything you can do in the gym, that does not need special equipment can also be done at home.

The best, tried & tested, by me.
1) Avoid going to toilet, till, half-an-hour before, any main food. (Break-fast, Lunch/Dinner)
2) Avoid, drinking of water or any liquid, after main food, for minimum half-an-hour.
3) Never overeat.
4) Empty your bladder, immediately, after main food.
It will be difficult, in the beginning, but, once you practice diligently and make it a routine, thinks will sort-out. You can see the difference, within a month.
