No.
Because I have a child, so I MUST be a good mother or my child will suffer.
I have a husband, so I MUST be a wife, because he deserves it.
I have a job and if I want to keep it, I MUST go there and actually do the work for which I was hired.
If I live long enough, I MUST become OLD.
If I am to live, I MUST breathe, eat, drink and sleep.
That statement only works if you don't actually believe we or anything else exists.
And I believe that you and I do exist.

I agree.
It does help to understand....but it is not necessary to know every effect that will result from every cause.
We would miss the experience if we knew everything about everything.

It helps even more to understand that there is a loving God who loves you so much He gave His only begotten Son to die for your sins and mine so that if we choose, we can spend eternity in His presence!
