Limit your salt and fried foods. Keep your food as close to "natural" as possible. IE: Frozen or fresh veggies as opposed to canned, or with sauce.

these folks are right about the salt----you want to live well you need to re-think salt----it is now your worst enemy since wherever sodium (salt) goes-----water is soon to follow-----and the water retention causes your blood pressure to rise----------start reading food labels on everything----many processed foods are way too high in sodium----canned goods and tv dinners are generally loaded-------read read read
