I know it's a Greek mythology name, but is it the name of someone in the Bible? If you say yes, can you let me know where in the Bible? Thanks!

You know its a "greek mythology name"!

Aaaargh You haven't read the Iliad have you or much of the Bible either?

Helen(e) was a legendary Spartan princess NOT A MYTH whose abduction was used as an excuse for the Mycenaeans to invade and raid Tory and other states in Western Asia Minor on the grounds they were allies of Troy.

Read Brittany Hughes book if your library has it!
Perhaps they can get the book or the DVD of the TV documentary for you on inter-library loan if they don't have it in stock!

I have read the Gospels, Acts, and the various Epistles several times over. NO one is named after Helene!

Most Greek speaking Jews seem to have avoided Greek names that had associations with pagan legends which is one basis for working out which people with Greek names were Jewish and which were pagan before converting.

Helene is DEFINITELY NOT Biblical!
