Try a foaming acne face wash two times a day (Neutragena works well). Clearasil Ultra spot treatment (or any cream with salicylic acid as the main ingredient) at night after you wash your face before you go to bed. In the mornings, wash your face and put on a light layer of OIL-FREE moisturizer (the salicylic acid can dry out your skin).
When applying the Clearasil Ultra, spread a thin layer over all of the problem areas and make sure to rub it in all the way (using only one to two fingers so you don't spread/add more oil to your face). If you have a few big pimples that stand out, put a dab more on each individual pimple.
If you start the routine tomorrow, your skin should begin to get better within the next few days. The acne won't magically disappear by Tuesday, but it will be better.
Good luck!
Oh, and by the way, it has been proven that eating junk food doesn't directly lead to acne. Just to throw that out there.

There is no cure for acne and it won't just 'go away'. Your best bet is to use Proactiv. I've been using it for two years now and I haven't had a pimple since. It can get a little expensive if you're on a budget but kits start at $19.99 to $59.99, depending on which kit you want. And you can change how frequent you want them to ship it to you.
To get it delivered faster your best bet is to place an order online or over the telephone. You can also go on Ebay people sell them there but most of the time you'll end up paying more there than directly from Proactiv.
The chain stores sell the generic Proactiv but I've used those when I couldn't afford the regular Proactiv and it never works as good. And you have to keep using the stuff you can't just use it for a few days then stop. You won't get results that way.

I honestly use Facial Scrub by Origins! its very expensive but i find it works! I dont know if you have a origins in your area its a very exclusive store! I live in Canada and i travel across the border to get it! Proactive works for some and doesnt for others depends on the person and im sure its the same with the stuff I use! If you have a Origins near you try out there facial scrub! its really nice. If not try proactive! I wish you the best and everything will work out fine! Good luck

Depending on what kind of acne you have... if you have comedonal acne you might be able to get a dermatologist to extract it for you. If you have painful underground cysts a cortisone injection will help. But if you have the painful pustular type of acne, there is little that can be done except smother it in benzyl peroxide and hope it dries out by tuesday. Whatever it is, don't pick at it!

I use clean and clear, although I have heard good things about proactiv.
When washing your face in the shower, start with warm water, which opens the pore. Then wash your face so you get the most oil and dirt and such out of your pores. When you finish scrubbing, when you rinse off the cleanser, use cool water. It'll close your pores so the clean stays in better.
Also use Stridex, which are just little pads, perfect for when you aren't showering.
Make sure to avoid greasy foods, and drink lots and lots of water.
Good luck.

Yes drink lots of water, like a gallon a day, and when you;re tired of it go get another cup of water. When you urinate your pee will be clear and the body is cleaning out all the junk and then the acne can;t keep up it gets drowned out. I found all that out by accident and I had already given up on trying to get rid of my acne. It cleared up my acne for life, but you have to drink water, water, water, water, water, water. Those over the counter things never worked for me. I told my friend this secret and he came knocking on my door a week later at 6 in the morning, he told me to look at his face because he was so thankful and amazed at what it did. Trust me bro. See the water works from the iside out, not the outside only like that pro-activ stuff. Water, water, water. it will kill all the bacteria that the acne needs to survive.
Ok take care!

DO NOT eat any oily foods and eat plenty of veggies. Drink allot of water and use an ANTI-SEPTIC power or an anti-septic solution such as Betadine on your acne at night.... it actually works. Wash your face twice a day with a GENTLE cleanser, and tone using a gentle, preferably natural toner (I recommend Witch hazel - you can buy it anywhere). Don't use Clearasil - it actually dries out your skin and then makes it produce twice as much oil. Using the Witch hazel toner, which restores your skin’s natural moisture levels, you don’t have to moisturize. Hope this helps and good luck!

Maybe try ProActiv or some over the counter acne creams that you can get at the drugstore. Drink lots of water too.

Apply some toothpaste on the acne. Ice down the acne before bed, by morning it should be noticeably better. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
