I believe in standing alone on the Word of God...what could be more exciting than that? Consider what is exciting...the things of this world might be exciting to someone who doesn't know God...but they are not attractive to someone who desires the kingdom of God and all Righteousness.
PaulCyp...if you believe what you are saying, then you don't believe what your church has been saying for centuries...the Roman Catholic Church claims to have authority above and beyond the Bible and even Christ by their authority established when they changed the official day of worship from Sabbath to Sunday. By that, the establishment of the Roman Catholic Church which was actually started in the 4th Century AD created the apostasy. Before that era, all Christians kept the same Sabbath that Jesus Christ always did (and still does in heaven), the one true Sabbath since the first week of Creation. Furthermore, the only reason that there are so many different Christian denominations is because there are people who started reading their Bibles and questioning the actions of that once all powerful church system. Just like Babylon of old...the establishment tried to do things their way and confusion ensued...when you can agree to follow the Bible and forget about the traditions which have nothing to do with God's Way, that straight and narrow path becomes less difficult to stay on.

I see some answers that say "they belong to a 100% religion". This is false because nothing in this earth is 100% at all. I see a lot of hypocrisy and false claims made by those claiming to be part of something that is 100% and who do not stop to look at the error of their own ways.
Nothing is perfect or 100% in this earth; not now anyway.

Biblical and Traditional
I am Catholic and it works for me.
I find comfort and strength from the mass, and every aspect of the mass comes from the Bible.
But, what works for one person may not work for another. What I find exciting you may not.
Peace.

The only Church that is 100% biblical is the one Church founded by Jesus Christ for all mankind, the Church which defined and compiled the Bible, and which has sole responsibility for its authoritative interpretation, the Holy Catholic Church. All others are based on their own personal, unauthorized and unauthoritative interpretations of the Bible, which is very different from being biblical. All such churches conflict with and contradict the beliefs of one another. The Bible cannot conflict with itself. Therefore many of the beliefs of such manmade churches are clearly not biblical.

I love God and his standards but many who are in so-called "organized religions" are not conducting themselves in harmony with truthful Bible teachings or Godly standards. What I do know is that God knows my heart and I hate the hypocrisy of these chaotic and often time hypocritical religions but I love God and his pure standards.
Does this make sense?
