It depends on if 'n you's racing the filter.

I doubt if it will much affect at all. The filter is a little less restricting and you should get more air into the cylinders and then you'll need a little more fuel to go with it. So you would lift your foot off the gas pedal a little. Realistically, you will probably want to hear the engine suck some air, so you'll have your foot into the gas more so you'll lose some gas mileage instead of gaining any. So it depends on you.

very little on a stock engine at normal engine revs.
your right foot has more effect on mileage
