The Koran was an interesting read, but I challenge you here and now to tell everybody what's supposed to happen to people who apostate from Islam. Also, Sharia is ****ing scary and should have no place in a civilized society. The conflation of religion and government is what bothers me the most about Islam.

frightening. I only at the instant began gaining knowledge of Islam. previously that I only assumed that each and every physique religions taught love and peace, and so on. it type of sounds like Islam as a non violent faith is an concept this is in many cases provided, yet its history and the Koran look to assert in any different case. Killing of everyone that would not placed up or convert to Islam is inspired. while each and all of the worldwide is switched over, then there'll be peace and consequently, Islam is a faith of peace. i prefer to be proved incorrect, yet however if it is not workstation to assert, curiously like Islam is a barbaric tribal religious political militia entity this is programmed to unfold worldwide devoid of worry of dying in its attempt. questioning Islam from interior or devoid of isn't an determination... for penalty of dying sanctioned via Allah.

peace be upon you
The word Islam in language mean succumb to the god only and worship him only .
There was many people do this before Mohammed's birth and descend of Quran , i mean there was muslims.
When people lost and forget the God , some people control the others and want the poor worship them and the bad ethics spread , the God didn't let us to lost and sent to his Mohammed to tell us the message (the Quran) and tell us that there is only one God , not human , he is the creator of the humans and everything else.
God don't want from you anything, but want for you all the good.
Islam :religion call you to peace , mercy ,forgiveness ,respect and tolerance.
religion hates terrorism and wars , religion call you by wisdom and good advice and say " No compulsion in religion" and give you all freedom .
That's the religion i follow.

Islam is the other branch of Abraham. Abraham and his wife, Sarah, were promised by God to have a son when they were childless and past the age of child-bearing. In her disbelief, Sarah decided to help God out, gave her handmaid to Abraham, and a son, Ishmael, was born. However, God made it plain that he was not the promised son, and sometime later Sarah did conceive and gave birth to Isaac who was the promised son. Ishmael and his mother were "sent away" because they were mocking and making fun of Isaac, but God said that Ismael would become a "great nation".....and Islam has become a great nation. The Jewish nation was descendants of Isaac. Both Muslims and Jews need Jesus as their Savior....."there is no other name given among men whereby they shall be saved".....neither want to accept that. It's sad.....that's about all one can say.

I believe that it is a false religion, founded by the devil himself. (I agree with the person up above who speaks of the Archangel Gabriel).

I do not fear it. It has no control over me as I have protection from the Lord.

I will not convert to it as it is an empty void and I have the Lord and the Holy Spirit with me to quench the thirst of my soul.

I am appalled by it's so called holy book and the actions being carried out TODAY (don't talk to me about OT times) that COMPLY with the instructions written in that book.

And I will not continue to argue about its legitimacy.

I pray a Rosary daily for the conversion of Muslims to Jesus. May God have mercy on all the souls who don't. They won't have to deal with a mere mortal in the end... they will be facing God Almighty and his son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

In Charity,

The more I learn about Islam the more I disrespect the religion. The word love is not in the Koran and the control and manipulation of women distresses me. It seems more a religion of control and if you are not a follower of Islam you are considered filthy. No Thanks...Behead me if you must.

That there is a need for reform in Islam (particularly concerning respect for minorities, gay civil rights, women's rights and democratic secularism) but Bush's polices are discriminatory and a form of persecution and are more likely to encourage the extremism created by political instability in the region than combat it, and for that, millions of people should not have to pay a price. I will acknowledge that some of what we attribute to religion is more about illiteracy, bad governance, the legacy of European colonialism, anti-Arab racism, poverty, lack of development, and so on. It is fine for people to criticize but wrong (for them to) to persecute and judge.

Let's see ... as a Christian, I KNOW that faith lives in the heart and mind. Faith is a true visceral belief that leaves no doubt about its existence. So, common sense demands that I cannot make ANYONE "believe" in my God or in His son, the Christ. I mean, I COULD coerce them to SAY that they believe, but why would I? That does nothing except asks them to lie to me, to tell me what I want to hear.

Now ... as a Christian I hear that Muslims will kill ANYONE who believes in Jesus. I hear that they will kill anyone who refuses to profess his or her belief in Islam. So, how do you THINK I feel about them?

They are dark ages, radical, fanatical, violent, and bent on converting the world to their way of thinking or killing all those who refuse to convert. Is it any wonder that we cannot tell the difference between terrorists and Muslims?

It was fabricated by a salesman who claimed to be recieving "revelations" from the archangel Gabriel, although by all accounts, the description of the initial encounter between Mohammad and "Gabriel" demonstrates that it was not Gabriel at all.

In all other encounters with Gabriel, Gabriel IDENTIFIED HIMSELF and COMFORTED his subjects when they were struck with fear. According to Mohammad, he was alone in a cave for some reason, then a spirit appeared, told him to read (even though he said he could NOT read ... Gabriel would have known that ) then STRANGLED and TERRORIZED him.

That sounds like an evil spirit to me...one who would LOVE to trick people into following a path of illusion. It also seems the religion which is constantly making hoaxes and false claims of "mircales" to SELL itself is also the one which was started by an Arabic salesman who married a very rich Christian widow.

It's getting hard to keep a track of all the life-long Muslims who claimed to have converted to Islam from another religion, and then are easily proven to be lying...lying to make it seem more popular and appealing that it actually is.

Distraction, diversion, denial, and deception are tools often used by Muslims who are on their mission to spread and/or defend Mohammad's religion.
