im currently suffering massive shin splints for the last 2 weeks and i cant play sports with them. whats the fastest way to get rid of them?

the problem is i cant really stop doing my sport so i need a way to be able to run and deal with the pain

sorrry , but there's no really 'fast' way to cure shin splints.
you got to get off your feet. if you've got any Nikken magnets that will help & they have wraps, that are really worth the extra money, they cost.
keep ice on it at 1st, then heat. & please dont get back out til it heals, or it will take that much longer to heal.

When I've had shin splints, I have done the same thing that I now do to avoid ever getting them...
...that is, while sitting, point and flex your feet (point toes away from you and then pull them back toward you). I do this repetitively until my shins are warm, a nice burn. They feel much better.
Do this before any running or walking or dancing, and you shouldn't get any anymore.
Good luck, they hurt!
You could also rub mineral ice on them

You really need to read "Stop Shin Splints" by Gary Buchenic (also available in electronic format here: http://www.shinsplintscure.org ). It's about how to permanently cure your shin splints naturally. Worked for me and for thousands of people. Good luck!

Bananas and Tylenol worked great for me...Potassium is suppose to help the most!
