Well, if your income boosted his standard of living, and he grew accustomed to that standard of living, then he can sue you for alimony (same as a woman can a man).

No you don't have to pay for hsi apartment. He can work and pay his own apartment. What is he going to do lose his work permit. Tell him okay report me to immigration that way they will take his work permit away. I am for reform of immigration laws and I am pro getting people legalized but if he is being a jerk about it then that is his own fault.

Contact legal aid, I think you have to be married for 3 years for him to be able to stay here. NO you do not have to pay him anything, if any of the children are his ...HE has to pay child support. He has a work permit ...tell him to use it and support himself or go back to where ever he came from.

First of all you don't have to pay chite for that SOB. He's LYING!!!! At most if he is trying to obtain a green card he would have to show you are still sponsoring him which is why he is flapping his low life immigrant gums. For the future STICK TO YOUR OWN KIND-- AMERICANS! You had this coming.

If he has a work permit there is no reason why he cannot pay for his own apartment. If he refuses, call I.C.E. and have him returned to where he came from.

You should not have to support him when he is able to support himself, your kids come first.

Good Luck

If you are married less than two years he has no rights to stay. Contact the immigration office they can give you some advice. They may even deport him.

Are you kidding? He's on his own. And if he's the father of one of the kids, he could owe child support. That is, until he skips out and goes back to his native country.

If you are ever required to give him anything there would be a stack of legal papers saying so. There isn't and you don't.

Simple as that.
