If you are not hungry, you shouldnt be grumpy. Your patience will be extremely thin when you have hunger pangs.

Therefore, you may be unconsciously hungry or missing the carbs. Can you munch on carrot sticks? celery and other wabbit snacks?

Drink your Vit B complexes with C. The B's t should calm you down somewhat.

Maybe you need to eat less but more often Because your blood sugar levels drop if you dont eat small amounts every 3 hours. Even a handful of raisens will keep you from getting grumpy.

Are you eating enough? If you're not eating enough you're probably exhausted and irritable.

If you are eating enough - It's probably because your body is detoxing - getting used to you not feeding it crap and getting rid of all the toxins and crap you've accumulated from your unhealthy eating habits over the years.

that could be it, or it could be your body letting you know it's missing something vitamin wise.
