It should not be the business of the government and should be allowed. Those against are afraid of the Boogie Man and fear the sky will fall.

I dont think cloning a person would be any different than having a twin. However, what I am opposed to is the human testing they would have to do to be able to have the technology to succesfully clone a human. It would lead to some very twisted science experiments, imo. Think of all the distorted embryos and human life you would be throwing out to get to the point of succsessful cloning.

Tough question. That is one reason I wanted our son cremated! I was afraid I would dig him up and try to have him cloned. But then, my heart wasn't thinking clearly, in my honest opinion!
Emotion over clear thought!
I agree with answer of: replace broken body parts & organs...NOT people!

nicely i strongly sense that "excess of each and every thing is undesirable"..if the cloning concepts stay restrained to the therapy of illnesses, its a boon to humanity yet a lot of those hybrid subjects are incredibly risky...i dont understand that wts the will for creatin those hybrids..wt are scientists going to get by skill of starting to be hybrids or what varieties of affliction are they goin to therapy by skill of starting to be hybrids???? cloning ought to easily be limited to the formation of cells and tissues and not hybrids and people themselves...if somethin incorrect happens in this hybridisation noone can tell that wt disastor or wt form of a detrimental creature or affliction would be created!!! Cloning..it fairly is getting used to handle illnesses would itself grow to be a reason at the back of the creation of latest illnesses in destiny!!!

I think we should allow it on a trial basis and see what happens. As for me, I could use one of me to go shopping, one to take the kids to school, one to drive grandma to doc, one to go to work, and so on and so on, all at the same time.

Doesn't bother me in the least. Do the opponents have some case against identical twins?
