We were together for 3 years and I know she is the one for me and I do not want to let her out of my grasp. I just do not know what to do but i know she is the one i want. We both have cerbral palsy and that makes it extra because we understand each other

I guess it depends on why she is your EX. You can tell her that she is your best friend and you hope that in the future you two can be together again. However by pushing too much you may be pushing her away.
