Ok this dude told me he liked me a few times i didnt say it back now hes saying he has a girlfriend (and iknow he doesnt i even have proof) and he said never go out with me out of the blue it was really weird it kinda hurts my feelings cause i like him just never told him what do you people think?

Obviously, you hurt him. And hes making himself more secure by retalliating. Dont let what he said get to you, apparently he would go out with you if he asked if you liked him. Dont read into it, and try to make ammends if you really do like him.
