I started young too even though my parents told me not to i went behind there back.

get a peircing u can always take it out is my advice

and just so u know i have spent over 3500 dollars on the mistakes i made getting tattoos at your age. I was a cool cute little punk girl but u will change as u get older. despite what people say tattoos dont last forever, if u have enough money. U have all the time in the world!

Since you are living under your parent's roof you have to follow their rules. I know it sucks cause I'm in the same situation as you. But if you are dying to get a pierce or tattoo then just do it. If your parents are mad at you, speak to them in a calm and matured manner. Explain to them that it's what you want and something you have decided on. But it would be better if you tell them beforehand. If they say NO, ask them why, as there should always be a reason behind restrictions.
NEVER raise your voice against them. I'm not saying that you do but it's just a warning so that your parents don't think you are immature.

If you really want to do something different....DON'T get a tattoo or piercing! Now THAT is something the kids aren't doing these days. You can't be an original if you are doing the very thing everyone else is....find your own form of expression.

You have to be 18...sorry. It's for good reason, esp. with tattoos. You're 15 now...do you think that in 50 years, you're going to be anything like you are now? Probably not so any tattoo that you would get now, you'll most likely regret someday. Wait and really think about it. If you still want one when you're 18, go for it.

There's nowhere that you can SAFELY get a tattoo or piercing done before you're 18 unless you have parent permission. If they agree to do it without permission, then chances are that they aren't licensed. If they aren't licensed then they aren't being held to any health standards. So just ask yourself if getting a tattoo or piercing now is worth being infected with HIV from a dirty needle.

You could ask your parents for a nose piercing, belly button piercing, or cartilage piercing. Those are all relatively low-key compared to some of the crazier, yuckier piercings or tattoos, plus if they're done right, they can look ultra cool, and they're not permanent.

Well - - - I am not in favor of either. But at least piercing can be made to go away easily. Just remove the item that keeps the piercing open. Tats can't. I would definitely wait on the Tat. It is forever.

You want a tattoo or piercing to be "cool"? What a really lame excuse. Wait ALMOST 2 years! See if it's still "cool" then.

Well, you definitely can't get a tattoo until your 18. I think it's a law, that even if your parents approved, you "legally" can't get a tattoo until that age! But if they agree you can get things pierced. Start with a piercing, like a belly button! It'll be kinda hidden and you can always take it out in the future, and if there is any scarring, it'll be kinda hid cause your belly isn't usually showing in everyday clothes.

You need your parents authority at 15 to do either. And places that do it without a parents authority are not places you want those things done. Tattoos are permanent and it needs to be something you won't change your mind about. Just wait until either you parents approve or you're old enough to do it without them - legally.
