I do not think you should dump him. Wait a few weeks to two months and then evaluate. I started dating someone I was not "sure if I liked" and now, we have been together for a year and four months.
If it does not work out, like you two did not kiss or hold hands in that period, then it is over.

Go on a couple more dates with him and see if there is any chemistry between both of you. Please. DO NOT do the hold hands or kissing thing until BOTH of you are ready; you do not want a drastic relationship. He must be a really cute guy cause you seem like a girl with good taste in guys.

You are obviously very young. Just move slow - don't let anyone push you into doing anything you are not ready for. Talk to your parents or counselors. I know that sound like garbagge but honestly they can help you best and care more than anyone about what happens to you.
