it means that when you are in love with someone you are blind to their looks and/or flaws. all you can think about is how wonderful this person is and you dont take notice of much else

It means when you fall in love with someone (particularly in the early stages) you only see of them what you want to see...not all of their faults and glaring flaws that just about everyone else can see. Gradually tha changes, then you see the flaws more than anything else, but in good relationships, you begin to love them even more "because" of their flaws and in spite of them.

lol! because when you truely love someone... it doesn't matter what they look like.. they could have a cold and be all icky and you will still want to care and love for them. Also, when they do something bad you are oblivious to it like if they are a CRIMINAL... but yah... love is blind

you can be in love with a complete a**hole who treats you like crap and abuses you every day but not see it.... everyone around you can see how badly they treat you and tell you to watch out but you don't believe them because you are blinded by love!!

you can love somebody and it clouds your vision or reality of what is going on...gives you the ability over look flaws, some of which should not be overlooked
