Yes, my mind is about 21 or so. My body, however, is letting know just how old I'm getting. I won't go into the boring details, but lets just say Excedrin Back and Body and I are good friends.

I know exactly what you mean!! And yes, there's times when my body fights to even get out of bed, but my mind is yelling "come on *****, you can run circles around all those other people!"

I understand exactly what you mean! I'm 52, and I'm mature enough to appreciate things, but sometimes the body doesn't exactly cooperate ;-)

Yes and when you get as OLD as I am, you have to keep on top of things, especially fun things you didn't have time for when you were younger.
